We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any of the tools we evaluate. Tool features, pricing, and policies change frequently—always verify current information directly with vendors before making adoption decisions.

THE DISPUTE PROCESS

Email us with the tool name, specific scores or claims you're disputing, and your evidence.

REVIEW PERIOD

Our team reviews your submission within 10 business days and may request additional information.

RE-EVALUATION

If warranted, we conduct a fresh evaluation incorporating your evidence and updated information.

RESOLUTION

We notify you of our decision and update the listing if corrections are made.

EXPECTED TIMELINE

Acknowledgment: Within 3 business days
Initial Review: 10 business days
Re-evaluation (if warranted): 2-4 weeks depending on complexity
Final Resolution: We'll notify you of outcomes via email

Scores represent a point-in-time assessment. EdTech products evolve continuously—features are added, policies change, and research emerges. An evaluation conducted six months ago may not reflect the current state of a product.

We are independent evaluators. The Pedagogical Vault does not accept payment from vendors for evaluations or placement. However, our assessments reflect our interpretation of available evidence and may differ from others' conclusions.
